1 medium chopped onion
2 Tbsp butter
1 pound Kielbasa cut into serving pieces
1 16 ounce bag of sauerkraut, rinsed and drained
12 ounces of beer
4 medium potatoes cut in fourths

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion in butter till soft.
Add kiebasa and brown lightly.
Add beer, sauerkraut and potatoes.
Bring to a boil, cover and simmer about 1/2 hour, until potatoes are cooked.
