1 pt. whipped cream (or 1 qt cool whip), whipped with 3 T powdered sugar and 1 tsp vanilla
1 pkg. Van de Camp macaroons, crushed (substitute Mother's 13 oz package, but only use 1/2 package)
1 cup chopped walnuts
1/2 gallon pineapple sherbet

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients except sherbet and let stand 5-10 minutes. Place 1/2 of mixture in 9x13" baking dish. Cover with sherbet slices (or soften sherbet and spread over cream mixture). Place other 1/2 of cream mixture on top. Freeze until serving and cut into squares.
