1 2 1/2 pounds pork roast
1/3 cup water
1/4 cup Heinz 57 sauce
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 1/4 teaspoons salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper -- coarsely ground

Directions:
Directions:
Brown roast in skillet on all sides; remove to roasting pan, reserving pan drippings. Add water, Heinz 57 sauce, soy sauce, salt and pepper to reserved pan drippings; mix well. Pour over roast.

Roast at 375 º for 1 hour; baste with pan drippings.

Reduce oven temperature to 300 º. Roast for 1 hour longer, basting occasionally with pan drippings.
