1 c. unsalted butter softened
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
2 t. vanilla
2 c. flour
1 t. baking soda
1/2 t. baking powder
1 t. salt
1 1/2 c. old fashion oatmeal
3/4 c. shredded coconut
3/4 c.toffee bits
3/4 c.chocolate chips
3/4 c.dried cherries
3/4 c. pecan's
3/4 c. salted pretzels ( chopped)

Directions:
Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 350º. Mix butter sugars and eggs together. Add vanilla then in a separate bowl mix together the dried ingredients. Slowly add in wet mixture. Add the remaining ingredients, stir till all is mixed well. On a greased cookie sheet take a ice cream scoop and measure evenly amounts and then press down. Bake till golden brown.
