3 or 4 lbs beef roast
salt and pepper
water
1 c. chopped green chile
1 can diced tomatoes
1 1/2 t. garlic powder
argo
lettuce
tomatoes (fresh and diced)
Mexican style cheese
refried beans
Flour tortillas

Directions:
Directions:
º350 Prepare your beef by roasting with seasoning of salt and pepper and water. Once meat is done, shred and put back into the juices. Pour chile , garlic powder, and canned tomatoes together . Boil then thicken with argo. Set aside. Take a tortilla and spread a layer of refried beans , cheese and sauce. Roll and place on a plate. Spoon more sauce over the top and add more cheese and fresh veggies over the top.
