red chile sauce w/ hamburger
pinto beans
sharp cheddar cheese
onions
lettuce
tomato
corn tortillas
oil for frying tortillas

Directions:
Directions:
Soft fry all tortillas and drain on a paper towel. Dip each tortilla in chile sauce, place on a plate then put a scoop of beans on the top of that. Add cheese veggies then start all over again with the same process till you have the desired amount on each serving. I do between 2 to 4. Scoop some sauce over the top and serve.
