1 Box Yellow Cake Mix
1 Small Box Vanilla Instant Pudding
4 Eggs
1/2 Cup Oil
1 Cup Orange Juice
1/2 Cup Chopped Pecans
Directions:
Directions:
Grease Bundt pan well, add chopped pecans to bottom of pan. Preheat oven to 350 º and bake 45 minutes.

Icing:
2 Cups Sugar
2 Sticks Butter
1/2 Cup Orange Juice

Mix together and cook on MED heat, boil 2 minutes. Pour over cake in Bundt Pan (take a dull knife and hold cake back from pan sides and center). Let cool completely.
