1/4 c. butter
3/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. cocoa
1/3 c. light cream or milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Melt butter in a sauce pan. Add sugar, cocoa and stir. Mix in the milk slowly. Boil one minute. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla. Serve over ice cream.
