COMBINE AND SET ASIDE:


1 SMALL JAR PIMIENTOS
1 ONION, CHOPPED
1-2 HOT JALAPEÑOS, CHOPPED
1 CAN CREAM CORN
2 BELL PEPPERS
1 CUP CHEDDAR CHEESE (SHARP), GRATED

NEXT, MIX TOGETHER:

3 CUPS SELF RISING CORNMEAL
3 EGGS, BEATEN
1 ½ CUPS SWEET MILK
1 CUP OIL
1 T SUGAR

FINALLY, COMBINE THE 2 MIXTURES AND POUR INTO A TUBE PAN SPRAYED WITH PAM.. BAKE @ 350 DEGREES FOR 1 HOUR. COOL IN PAN ON RACK FOR 25 MINUTES. BREAD WILL BE VERY MOIST
