Orange Jello "Fluff" Recipe

3 oz. box of orange jello
1 cup boiling water
1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
8 oz. cream cheese
3/4 cup white sugar
1 1/2 cup cool whip
1 pkg. graham crackers
1/2 stick melted margarine

Mix jello, boiling water, and vanilla and refrigerate to set (set only slightly).

Line a 9x13 glass dish with crushed graham crackers mixed with 1/2 stick of butter. (Save a sprinkling of crushed graham crackers for later.)

Whip together the cream cheese, sugar, and cool whip. Stir in the slightly-set jello mixture & blend.

Spread this mixture over the graham cracker bottom. Top/sprinkle with some extra crushed graham crackers.
