1 cup butter flavored Crisco
2 eggs
2 tsp cream of tarter
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 cups sugar
2 3/4 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
Cinnamon
Directions:
Directions:
Cream Crisco and sugar. Add eggs and beat to mix. Add all dry ingredients - mix well. Roll into 1" balls - dip top of cookie ball into sugar/cinnamon mixture (1 cup sugar and 2 tsp cinnamon). Bake in preheated 375º oven on greased cookie sheet for 7 minutes. Cookies will crinkle as they bake.
