3 lbs chicken wings and drumettes (thawed if frozen)
2/3 C Bisquick
1 and 1/2 tsp. paprika
1 and 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 stick butter

Directions:
Directions:
Mix ingredients well. Rinse chicken and pat almost dry then dredge in above coating. Heat oven to 400º. Foil line a large cookie sheet. Melt butter on the cookie sheet in pre-heated oven. Place chicken wings skin side down. Do not let pieces touch or they will not be crispy. Bake at 400º for about 30-35 minutes then turn the chicken over and continue to bake for an additional 15-20 minutes until they turn brown.

A large bag of frozen chicken wing parts will require a double recipe of the above coating. These are always a favorite at family potlucks.
