1 pkg (10 oz.) frozen corn
1 large onion, chopped
1 lg. red pepper, chopped
1lag. green pepper, chopped
1 c. cider vinegar
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 teas. celery seed
1/2 teas. crushed red pepper
pinch of salt.

Directions:
Directions:
In a 4 qt. saucepan, combine corn, onion, red and green pepper, vinegar, sugar celery seeds, crushed red pepper and salt. Heat to boiling on med. heat stirring to dissolve sugar. reduce heat to low and simmer 15 min. Turn mixture to large bowl, cool to room temp. cover and refrigerate at least 24 hour's. or up to a week
