FOR THE CHEESECAKE:
3 Graham Cracker Pie Crusts
3 8 oz Cream Cheese
4 Eggs
3/4 cup Sugar
1 Tsp Vanilla
1 Tbsp Lemon

FOR THE GLAZE:
1/2 pint Sour Cream
3 Tbsp Sugar
1 Tsp Vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Cream cheese should be at room temperature. Combine ingredients for the cheesecake one at a time and blend with mixer. Pour into pie shells (yields 3 cheesecakes) and bake at 350º for 55 minutes. Remove from oven and cool.

Once cool, combine ingredients for the glaze and pour over the top of the three cheesecake. Bake at 400º for 9 minutes. Allow to cool. Serve as is or with favorite topping.

Must be refrigerated.
