4 eggs
1/4 tsp. salt
2 c. flour
2 c. milk
1/2 c. melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Place all ingredients in blender and blend for 1 minute. Scrape down sides and blend for another 20 seconds. Refrigerate batter for 1 hour. Cook crepes in a pan at medium to low heat. Makes 20-30 crepes

The pan is crucial , choose a stainless steel pan or Teflon. Make sure that the pan is hot enough. It takes 2-3 T. of batter per crepe. Cook it for 30-45 seconds, flip and cook for 10 more seconds. Bon appetite!
