2 pkgs yeast,
1/2 cup warm water,
2 cups milk,
1/4 cup sugar,
1 Tbl salt,
2 Tbl oil,
6 cups flour,
2 eggs

1 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
2 Tbl butter
Milk to consistency

Add yeast to warm water and set aside. In large bowl, mix together luke warm milk, sugar, salt, oil, 3 cups flour and eggs. Add yeast mixture. Mix well, then add 3 more cups of flour. Put on floured surface and knead well. Place in large greased bowl and let rise in warm area until double in size. Divide into 2 pieces. Roll out and spread with melted butter, cinnamon and sugar. Roll up and cut with thread. Let rise again. Preheat oven to 400 . Bake until lightly browned. Prepare icing.
