1 Lb lean ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped (1/2 cup)
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
1 pkg Hamburger Helper Lasagna
1 cup water
1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
2 med. stalks celery, sliced (1 cup)
1 can (15.25 oz) whole kernel corn, undrained
2 cups diced tomatoes, undrained
Grated Parmesan cheese, optional

Preheat oven to 400F. Cook beef, onion and garlic in a 10" skillet over medium-high heat, stirring frequently, until beef is brown; drain.
Stir in uncooked pasta, sauce mix and remaining ingredients, except cheese. Pour into ungreased 3-quart casserole. Cover and bake for 45 minutes. Serve with cheese, if desired. Makes 6 servings.
