Ingredients:  
1 stick butter
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped celery
1 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
1 can Creme of Chicken soup
1 soup can of instant rice
1 soup can milk
1 jar Cheez Whiz

(I double this for family dinners)

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in pan. Add onions and celery and cook until soft. Add broccoli and cook until soft.
Add rice, soup & milk and mix well. Add Cheez Whiz and stir until mixed. Put in 9x13 baking dish and bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
