2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. baking Soda
12 oz. crushed pineapple (juice & all)
1/2 c. nuts

8 oz cream cheese
Powdered sugar
Butter
Coconut
Nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in bowl and mix by hand.
(Do not use mixer). Pour batter in a 9x13 pan which has been greased and floured. Bake at 350º for 35 to 40 minutes. FROSTING. One 8 oz. cream cheese, 1 stick butter, 2 1/2 c. powdered sugar, 1 tsp. vanilla, 1/4 c. chopped nuts. Combine all ingredients and beat well. Frost cooled cake and sprinkle coconut on top.
