1 medium head of cauliflower
2 cups chicken stalk
1/4 cup margarine
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 cups milk
Grated cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook cauliflower in chicken stock, cauliflower cut in small pieces. Melt margarine in a saucepan, add onions and saute' until limp. Do not brown. Mix in flour, salt and pepper. Add milk and heat. Stir until it boils and thickens.
Add cheese and the caulifower with stock. Stir and heat to melt cheese.
