1 lb sausage
1 lb Velveeta cheese
2 loaves party rye bread

Directions:
Brown sausage and drain. Chunk Velveeta cheese and melt through sausage. Spread on thin slices of rye bread. Bake in oven for 5 to 10 min at 375º.

You can freeze meat mixture and use again. Also, you can substitute hamburger for sausage.
