1 1/4 c. Graham Cracker Crumbs

1/4 C. Melted Butter

2 T. Sugar

1. C. Chocolate Chips


3 Pkgs of 8 oz cream cheese softened

1/4 C. packged brown sugar

1 can 100% pure pumpkin

4 large eggs

1/2 C. evaporated milk

2 T cornstarch

1 tsp cinnamon

1/8 tsp nutmeg

Combine graham cracker crumbs, butter and sugar in small bowl. Press into bottom of greased 9" springform pan. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup chocolate chips


Microwave remaining chocolate chips in med bowl on 100% power at 15 sec intrvals, stirring until smooth; cool to room temp. Beat cream cheese and sugars in large bowl until smooth; beat in pumpkin, beat in eggs, milk constrach and spices. Remove 3/4 pumpkin mix. Pour remaining pumpkin mix on crust. Spoon chocolate/pumpkin mixture over top cheesecake and swirl.

Bake at 350 degrees for 60-65 min or until edgers set but center still moves slightly. Cool in pan on wirerack. Refrigerate for serveral hours or overnight.
