4 tbsp. of butter
1/2 cup minced onion
1 lb. ground beef
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 lb. of sliced mushrooms
1 can cream of mushroom soup
water
8 oz. sour cream
egg noodles

Directions:
Directions:
Melt the butter in a heavy skillet. Add onion and cook slowly.
Add the ground beef and garlic. Stir and cook until lightly browned. Drain off any grease. Stir in the flour, salt, pepper, and mushrooms. Cook for 5 minutes. Add the soup and a little water. Simmer about 10 minutes. Stir in the sour cream and heat.
Serve over medium egg noodles.
