1-1/2 cups semisweet chocolate baking pieces
2 T. vegetable shortening

Melt chocolate and shortening in a double boiler over hot water (not boiling water), until chocolate has just melted. With a teaspoon or small spatula, spread chocolate mixture around the inside of pleated 2-1/4" paper baking cups, coating evenly. Set cups in muffin pan cups. Chill until firm. Carefully peel off paper liner, and return to refrigerator.

Fill with any pudding you like, or add anything else you might like in your chocolate cups.

For decoration on top, I pick leaves, wash them thoroughly, coat them with melted chocolate and chill them. Then I peel the chocolate leaf off the real leaf, and place on top of the pudding.
