1 lb. ground beef
1 medium onion, diced
1 (15-oz.) can diced tomatoes
1 (10-oz.) can mild Rotel tomatoes
1 (15-oz.) can kidney beans
1 (15-oz.) can Ranch style or black beans
1 (15-0z.) can corn
1 large can white hominy
1 (3-oz.) package taco seasoning mix
1 (0.4-oz.) dry package ranch dressing mix

Tortilla chips
Grated cheese (cheddar or Mexican cheese blends)

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat and add diced onion to saute. Drain. In a large pot mix meat and all remaining ingredients. It is NOT necessary to drain the liquids from the cans. Add water, if necessary. Simmer and serve with tortilla chips and grated cheese.
