1 lb beef cut up into 1/4"x3" slices, 2 tbsp paprika, 1 tbsp cumin, 1-1/2 tbsp vinegar, 1/2 tsp salt, 2 tbsp olive oil, 1-6oz can tomatoes, 2 small onions sliced, 1 sliced tomato.

Mix together paprika, cumin, vinegar and salt. Add beef slices and marinate for 30 min. Next add 1 tbsp olive oil, 1-6oz can tomatoes and 1 onion sliced and bring to boil. Simmer till meat is tender and liquid is dry. Separately in 1 tbsp oil, fry 1 onion sliced, and when limp add 1 sliced tomato and fry a few seconds. Stir in meat mixture and season to taste. Boiled potatoes 1/4" slices may be added.
