3 C Gluten Free Imagine Chicken Broth
28 oz of undrained Chopped Tomatoes
8 oz Tomato Sauce
1/2 C Orange Juice

1 Onion chopped
3 Garlic Cloves peeled and minced fine
1/2 large Green Pepper chopped
1/4 C Olives
2 Bay Leaves
1 lb Sliced Mushrooms (opt.)
1 tsp Basil
1/4 tsp Fennel seed crushed (opt.)
1/8-1/4 tsp Black Pepper

1 lb medium Uncooked Shrimp peeled
1 lb Firm White Fish or Cod cut into 1" pieces
Clams in the shell (opt.)

1 1/2 C uncooked Rice prepared

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients (except rice and seafood) in a large soup pot or crock pot. Cook on low 4 hours. Stir in seafood and cook additional 15-30 minutes. Remove bay leaves. Serve over cooked and cooled rice.
