Ingredients: 2-2.5 lbs Ground Beef browned and drained 2 cans French Style Green Beans drained 28 oz Frozen Tater Tots with no wheat flour 2 Cans Gluten Free Cream of Mushroom or substitue

Directions: |
Directions:Brown ground beef until it starts to crisp. Season with salt and pepper. Drain off fat into a disposable container. Spread out browned ground beef in a 9x13 glass baking dish. Top with drained green beans spreading them evenly over top. If the soup can not be easily poured, mix it in a seperate bowl with a little milk. Cover green beans with soup or substitute. Lay tater tots in rows evenly over the top.. Bake uncovered 425º for 50 mins or till tater tots are done. Serve with ketchup.
Recipe can be halfed and made in a 8x8 glass baking dish. |

Notes: For the Cream of Mushroom Soup you can substitue Cream of Chicken soup, Butternut Squash soup or 2 1/2 cups of white sauce seasoned with 2 tsp bouillon base, 2 teaspoons of Worcestershire, salt and a generous amount of black pepper.
