1 1/2 pounds premium white chocolate or confectioners' coating
1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand® Sweetened Condensed Milk
Dash salt
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Opt: 1 Candy Cane crushed
Opt: 1 C toasted slivered Almonds or Hazelnuts crushed

Line an 8 or 9-inch square pan with wax paper, extending paper over edges of pan.MELT chocolate with sweetened condensed milk and salt in heavy saucepan, over low heat. Remove from heat; stir in vanilla and nuts. Spread evenly into prepared pan.Chill 2 hours. Remove from pan by lifting edges of wax paper and cut into squares. Store covered in a cool place.

Variations:
1)For Peppermint Bark add crushed candy cane to soft fudge.

2)For Nut Bark add toasted slivered almonds
or crushed hazelnuts

If you do not have mini cupcake papers and a minimuffin tin to hold the papers, DOUBLE THE RECIPE and use a disposable 9 x 12 or 8 x 8 tin pan or a foil lined baking dish cutting foil longer than pan for lifting out block of fudge prior to cutting.
