5 1/2 C Powdered Sugar
18 -20 oz of Creamy Peanut Butter
2 sticks or 1/2 lb Butter (not Margarine)
11.5 oz bag of Dark Chocolate Chips
2-3 oz Paraffin Wax (FDA Approved)

Sift 5 1/2 cups of powdered sugar. Combine sifted powdered sugar, peanut butter and butter until smooth and creamy. Using ~ 1 T form into balls by rolling between palms of hand. Place rolled balls on waxed papere lined cookie sheets. Chill. Use a double boiler to melt paraffin and chocolate or melt parafin in Microwave Safe Bowl large enough to hold chocolate chips. When wax is melted add chocolate chips and microwave an additional 2-3 mins stirring every 30 seconds. Dip balls in melted chocolate using toothpick and return to cookie sheet. Use the drip from the next dipped chocolate to cover the hole in the last chocolate ball. Chill. Serve on a glass plate for a nice look.

If you use peanut butter that has separated, stir entire jar into a mixing bowl before measuring out. Adjust the amount of powdered sugar but starting with slightly less than the recipe calls for and adding enough to form smooth balls when rolled between hands.
