2 lbs. Boneless Beef sirloin, Sirloin Tip or Tri-tip cubed
1/2 C Ketchup
1/2 C Sugar
1/2 C Soy Sauce
1 tsp ground ginger
1 tsp garlic powder

Whole Criminally Mushrooms
1 Red pepper cubed
Optional: Fresh Pineapple trimmed and cubed,
Whole Boiling, zucchini

Directions:
Directions:
Combined ketchup, sugar, soy sauce, ginger powder and garlic powder. If time - marinade everything except pineapple in a covered container and refrigerator overnight. Drain off marinade into a saucepan. Thread meat, pineapple and vegetables onto skewers. Grill 15 mins turning often. Meanwhile simmer marinade for 15 mins and serve with skewers.

You will need long metal skewers or wood skewers that were soaked in water. Slice any leftovers And add to rice along with Café Yumm sauce and fresh sliced green onion
