1 envelope ranch salad dressing mix
1 cup mayonnaise or mayonnaise-type salad dressing
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup chopped bell pepper
1/2 cup chopped green onions
1 9-inch round cooked corn bread, crumbled
2 (15 oz) cans pinto beans, drained
10 slices crisp-cooked bacon, crumbled or 1 cup bacon bits
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 (16 oz) can whole kernel corn, drained
1 tomato cut up

Combine the salad dressing mix, mayonnaise and sour cream in a bowl and mix well.
Combine the bell pepper, tomato and green onions in a bowl and mix well.
Layer the corn bread, beans, pepper mixture, bacon, cheese, corn and dressing 1/2 at a time in a glass salad bowl.
Chill, covered, for several hours before serving.
