1 Box Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix
1 Polish Sausage sliced
Directions:
Directions:
Follow directions on back of muffin box.
grease muffin pan. Fill each muffin cup
1/4 with muffin mix, then lay a slice of
sausage in middle of mix. then put a spoon
full of muffin mix on top of sausage.
Cook the muffins as directed on back of box.
Insert a tooth pick in muffins. They are done
when tooth pick comes out clean.
Let cool for about 5 minutes.
Best served while warm.
