Flavored Yogurt

Break the graham crackers in half and spread one cracker side with any flavored yogurt (our favorite is strawberry). Place the other graham cracker half on top to make a sandwich. Stack as many as you'd like in a 8x8 baking dish, cover with foil or handi-wrap. Place in the freezer. Wait till frozen and enjoy a healthy "yogurt sandwich" snack!

I received this recipe from my very good friend Tricia Murrill who grew up eating these yummy treats! The kids love to help make this simple snack. It really does feel and taste like your eating an ice cream sandwich. Perfect for a hot summer afternoon!!
