1/2 c. onions, minced
1 lb. Braunschweiger
3 oz. cream cheese
1/4 tsp. black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Saute the onions 8-10 minutes, stirring frequently.; remove from heat and drain. Remove the casing from Braunschweiger and mix the meat with the cream cheese until smooth. Mix in onion and pepper. Serve as a liver spread on crackers, thinly sliced party rye or serve as a dip with a variety of fresh, raw vegetables like carrots, celery, broccoli, radishes, cauliflower and cherry tomatoes.
