3/4 cup all purpose flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 cup cocoa
3/4 tsp salt
2 eggs
1 cup sugar
1/3 cup oil
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup pecans (optional)
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven at 350º.
Sift dry ingredients except sugar.
Beat eggs, adding the sugar in 3 portions,
Beating well after each addition.

Add Dry ingredients, oil and vanilla.
Mix well, stir in nuts and bake in flat pan for
20-30 minutes.
