2 cups flour
1 cup oats
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1 cup butter
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup solid packed pumpkin
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1 bag chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. In a large bowl, beat together baking soda, cinnamon, salt, butter, brown sugar, and white sugar until smooth. Beat egg, add to sugar mixture, then mix in pumpkin and vanilla. Slowly mix in flour and oatmeal, once combined, stir in chocolate chips. Drop by spoonful onto greased cookie sheet. Bake 10-12 minutes until lightly browned around the edges.
