3 whole chicken breasts
1 1/2 bags frozen broccoli florets
1 cup mayonnaise
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. curry powder
1/2 cup cheddar cheese
1/2 cup bread crumbs
2 T. butter
8 servings rice (mixed according to package)

Cook chicken, cut meat into bite-size chunks.

Cook broccoli. Cut into large bite-sized pieces. Place broccoli in a large baking dish and top with chicken.

Mix mayo, soup, lemon juice and curry powder. Spread mixture over chicken. Sprinkle with cheese. Saute bread crumbs in butter and cover.

Bake at 350 for 35-40 min. Serve over rice.
