1/2 cup of sugar
dash of allspice
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/8 tsp nutmeg
3 eggs, separated
2 cups milk
1 cup cream

Directions:
Directions:
In a small bowl combine sugar, allspice, cinnamon and nutmeg. Set spice/sugar mixture aside. In a large bowl beat egg whites on high speed until soft peaks form. Gradually beat in half of the spice/sugar mixture until stiff peaks form. In a medium bowl beat egg yolks until lemon colored. Beat remaining spice/sugar mixture into the bowl with the yolks (it gets confusing with all these bowls!) until mixture is thick and smooth. Fold yolk mixture thoroughly into egg whites mixture. Stir in milk and cream.
