1 lbs ziti pasta
1 onion (chopped)
1 lbs ground beef (lean works best)
2 16 oz jars spaghetti sauce
6 ounces sliced provolone or pepper jack cheese
1 1/2 cups sour cream
6 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350; Butter a 9x13in baking dish.
Boil large pot of water, add ziti pasta and cook about 8 min, or until cooked.
Brown onion and ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat. Add spaghetti sauce and warm 15 min
Layer: 1/2 of the ziti, provolone cheese, sour cream, 1/2 sauce/mixture, remaining ziti, mozzarella cheese, remaining sauce mixture, and top with grated Parmesan cheese.
Bake for 30 minutes or until cheeses are melted.
