Veal & Mushrooms Recipe

1 lb. veal cutlets - Madalion strips
1 lb. mozzarella - sliced
8 oz. mushrooms
1/2 cup olive oil cloves of garlic
1 egg
flour for dredging
salt and pepper
Juice from one lemon


Beat egg with a little milk or water add salt and pepper. Dip veal pieces in egg then in flour. Saute' 2 cloves of garlic in half the olive oil add the veal and brown on both sides, (does not take long). Remove veal and drain on paper towel and fry remainng pieces till done.
Place veal slices in a 7x11" baking pan that has been prepared with a little oil rub. Layer veal then mozzarella and top with one more layer.
In the pan put remaining olive oil and brown the mushrooms. Put these on top of the veal and mozzarella. Cover and bake 375f. for 30 minutes.

Uncover and sprinkle with lemon juice.
