1 c. oil
1 c. butter
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sugar
1 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. cream of tartar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
4 1/2 c. flour
Directions:
Directions:
Beat together: oil, butter, eggs, vanilla, sugar and powdered sugar. Mix and add: cream of tartar, salt, soda and flour. Use ungreased cookie sheet. Make size of quarter and flatten with glass dipped in sugar. Bake 350º for 10 minutes.
