1/2 cup shortening
1 1/2 cups sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 cups cake flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 cup sour cream
1 cup mashed bananas
Directions:
Directions:
Cream shortening, sugar, eggs and vanilla until fluffy. Sift cake flour, salt and baking soda.
Add dry ingredients to first ingredients. Add sour cream and bananas.
Bake in greased bundt pan at 350 for 50 minutes.
