1 cup packed brown sugar
2/3 cup butter softened
1/3 cup light corn syrup
1 tsp vanilla
12 oz. chocolate chips
2/3 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup chopped nuts
4 cups quick rolled oats, uncooked

Directions:
Directions:
Beat brown sugar and butter in large bowl until creamy.
Beat in corn syrup and vanilla.
Stir in oats.
Press into greased 13X9 baking dish.
Bake at 350 for 15 minutes - Cool slightly.

Melt 1 cup chocolate chips and peanut butter in a small heavy saucepan over lowest heat stirring until smooth.
Spread over base.
Sprinkle with nuts and remaining chocolate chips.
Chill 1 hour.
