1 jar of Canyon Foods Broccoli Cheese Soup
1 bag of Morningstar Farms chicken fajitas
3 cups cooked rice
12 ounces of sliced mushrooms
1 cup of shredded cheese




Directions:
Directions:
1.Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Coat a 9 x 13-inch baking dish with non-stick spray.
2.Cook rice according to directions.
3.Meanwhile, heat chicken in microwave according to package directions; cut into bite-size pieces. Place chicken in a large bowl; add soup, mushrooms, and rice. Stir to combine.
4.Transfer to prepared baking dish. Cover with foil and bake 20 minutes; then remove foil and top with cheese. Return to oven; bake 10 minutes longer or until cheese melts. Take out of the oven and let stand for 5 minutes and serve. Enjoy!
