1 3/4 c. ketchup
3/4 c. honey
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 cloves garlic, chopped
2 T. wine vinegar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 T. prepared mustard
2 T. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
In a large saucepan combine ketchup, honey, onion, garlic, vinegar, salt, pepper, mustard, Worcestershire sauce and lemon juice. Mix well, bring to boil, cover and simmer for 15 minutes. remove from heat, cool and refrigerate, covered, until ready to use. Keeps well. To serve, spoon several tablespoons over the sauce over 8 ounces cream cheese and serve with crackers. Makes about 3 1/2 cups sauce.
