12 oz thawed shredded hash browns
4 eggs
2 cups milk
1 Tbsp dried onions
1 tsp dry dill
1-1/4 tsp seasoning salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1 cup shredded cheese
about 18 fish sticks or 8 fish fillets

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs and milk together. Add onion, dill, seasoning salt and pepper. Stir in hash browns and cheese. Put into a greased 11x7 pan (actually, I think I usually just end up using a 9x9). Arrange fish sticks over the top in a single layer. Bake on 350 for 50 minutes or until top is golden brown and fish flakes with a fork.
