1 cup milk
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup crushed saltine crackers
1-17 oz.can creamed corn
3/4 cup chopped onions
1 tbsp. butter melted

Directions:
Directions:
Combine egg, milk, 2/3 cup crackers, salt, and dash of pepper. Stip in corn and onion. Mix well. Put in casserole dish. Toss remaining cracker crumbs with melted butter and sprinkle on top. Bake uncovered 1 hour at 350 degrees
