1 egg
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. flour
1 1/4 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. chopped apples
1 c. chopped nuts
Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg, sugar and vanilla until light and fluffy. Add flour, baking powder and salt. Add apples and nuts. Bake 350º for 25 minutes in pie tin.
