1 egg, well beaten
1 c. sugar
1 c. sour cream
1 1/2c. flour
1/2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. raisins
1 c. nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Beat together sugar and egg. Beat in sour cream. Sift together flour, soda, baking powder and salt. Mix with egg mixture. Fold in raisins and nuts into batter. Bake at 375º for 30 minutes.
Frost with either carmel or 7 minute icing.
